Brenda Stanley is serving her second term in the State Senate representing the citizens of District 42. Her reputation for honesty, fairness, and dedication to doing the right thing, is unwavering.

Brenda Stanley learned the lessons of faith, hard work, determination and conservative values early in life, and as a result, Brenda has achieved many milestones in her professional career. She served as Principal at Cleveland Bailey Elementary School in the Mid-Del School District from 1996 to 2006, and Principal at Westfall Elementary School in the Choctaw/Nicoma Park School District from 2006-2016. Westfall Elementary received numerous honors during her tenure, including a Great Expectations Model School, a Highly Performing School with the highest test scores in the Choctaw/Nicoma Park School District, and received an “A” grade.

Brenda also worked as a Project Manager for Rose State College and supervised student teachers as an adjunct professor for the University of Central Oklahoma.

Brenda is a member of the Midwest City Chamber of Commerce, Eastern Oklahoma County Chamber of Commerce, Jones Kiwanis, Mid-Del Public Schools Foundation, Choctaw/Nicoma Park Schools Foundation, Leadership Midwest City, AFA Gerrity Chapter, and Honorary Commander Tinker Air Force Base.

Brenda was the primary caretaker for her late husband, Fred, during his 9-year battle with cancer. She has been an active member of Meadowood Baptist Church for over 30 years.
